Goods found to be faulty within the warranty period evidence of fault will need to be provided in some cases- usually photographic.
Faults are divided into two kinds:
a) Manufacturing defects
a) Wear and Tear
Most issues can be easily rectified by a phone call or e mail and the supply of spare parts.
Sometimes it is necessary to have a product inspected in house.

Any item found to have a fault caused by wear and tear or misuse ( even unintentional ) will incur a repair and carriage charge for all postage costs.
